About the Role
As a Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships that contribute to Gojek’s growth and business objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and execute high-impact collaborations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across business units. This role requires strong project management skills to oversee partnership negotiations, execution, and performance tracking. You will act as the key liaison between Gojek and external partners, fostering strong relationships, ensuring clear communication, and driving measurable results. By monitoring KPIs and providing data-driven insights, you will play a critical role in optimizing partnerships and delivering business impact.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal business verticals and stakeholders to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with Gojek's growth and business objectives.
- Partnership Project/Program Management: Oversee the process of identifying potential partnership opportunities, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Ensure internal teams are aligned and drive progress to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., business units like Food/Transport/Region/Subscription, strategy, product, operations, etc) to ensure the effective onboarding, integration, and execution of new partnerships. Ensure progress by coordinating efforts across all relevant parties, both internally and externally.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between Gojek internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and strong relationships. Maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders to ensure they are informed and aligned with partnership goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor partnership performance to ensure KPIs are met and desired outcomes are achieved. Hold teams accountable for results and ensure timely reporting and adjustments based on data, performance insights and strategic assessment. Manage meetings with leadership teams, both internally and externally, to track progress, ensure alignment and drive impact.
What You Will Need
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or project management, preferably in a fast-paced technology or startup-like environment.
- Collaboration & Project Management: You are a people person, and structured at work. You have proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution and delivery on time.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive & Self-Driven: Highly motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions that optimize partnership strategies.
- Partnership Development: Experience in managing and executing strategic partnerships, with a focus on delivering measurable business growth.
About the Team
The Gojek Partnership Team is integral to driving business growth by building and managing key partnerships. As a Partnership Lead, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage the full lifecycle of partnerships across various business verticals - from initial identification and negotiation to execution and optimization. This role will require you to coordinate multiple teams, both internally and externally, ensuring that partnerships are executed effectively and drive impact.
