About The Role
If you’re looking to be part of a dynamic, agile, and data-driven team while honing your social media marketing skills, this role is for you! As our Social Media & KOL Specialist, you’ll take charge of managing one of Gojek’s social media pages, crafting content strategies, and driving engaging executions to amplify our brand presence. You'll analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and always-on content, ensuring alignment with business goals. Additionally, you'll develop and execute KOL strategies, collaborating with influencers to maximize brand impact. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Product, Corporate Affairs, and Customer Service, you'll source ideas and ensure every initiative supports our broader objectives.


What You Will Do

    • Lead social media campaign and content planning, from trend observation, brainstorming, and strategy development to execution (including scheduling and posting).
    • Develop and execute social media campaign strategies in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders.
    • Own KOL relation, growth &monitoring. Create and manage KOL strategies, working closely with internal teams and third-party agencies to maximize impact.
    • Work proactively with Creative, Agencies, Research & Insights, Customer Service, and Corporate Affairs to ensure cohesive storytelling.
    • Utilize social media tools to track, analyze, and report performance insights for campaigns, content, and KOL partnerships.
    • Develop actionable insights and optimization plans to align with business and team OKRs.
    • Ensure timely delivery of editorial planning, content publishing, and KOL collaborations.

What This Role Needs

    • At least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or startup.
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
    • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, with a data-driven and analytical mindset to optimize content performance.
    • Broad understanding of the social media landscape, platforms, and tools; experience in using Meltwater would be an advantage.
    • Passion for digital platforms and social media, with a strong eagerness to learn and experiment.
    • A proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to working with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and develop actionable strategies for optimization and experimentation.
About The Team
Our Social Media team known as GoSocial team is a part of the Brand Marketing team. As a Social Media & KOL Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia, we are in charge of creating remarkable campaigns, engaging content to spread awareness about our brand. We specialize in consulting several stakeholders in all things related to the social media realm, including planning and executing all social media campaigns and content.

Owning the KOL relation and management, the team relaizes the need and impact of a good KOL campaign and always try to acquire/manage KOL relation as needed and utilize to the maximum of its capability

Having a vision to strengthen brand positioning and reputation, we act as the source of insight to guide our branding and marketing decisions. Currently, our team has been busy working on crafting social media campaign campaigns that are more focused around the inclusion of data and updated digital campaign best practices. One of our favorite campaign was Bu Sisca gantung panci.  

We consist of a fun, passionate, curious, agile individual who likes to share shitpost, easy online games, Netflix recommendations, and of course our inexplicably amazing Spotify playlist. We do work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
