About the Role
As part of the Financial Information System (FIS) team, you’ll support and assist the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Procurement teams in doing their day-to-day activities and generating accurate and timely financial reports for the company. Collaborating with other FIS Teams, Data Engineers, Infra Teams, and others, you’ll also deliver high-performing technical solutions, especially in Financial Systems.
What You Will Do
- Handle day-to-day inquiries, including questions, incident troubleshooting (bugs), and change requests (mini-projects).
- Act as an internal consultant to roll out financial systems for new or additional entities, handling requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
- Lead and support internal projects, including UAT, training, and cutover activities, ensuring smooth adoption of financial systems.
- Collaborate with internal (other GoTo teams) and external (vendors, product principals, etc.) stakeholders to resolve issues.
What You Will Need
- Strong understanding of procurement to pay, order to cash, and record to report business processes.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience working with the procurement to pay system, financial and accounting system (e.g., Coupa, SAP, etc.).
- A willingness to learn and work on new things (yes, we are a dynamic team).
- Good communication and language skills in Bahasa and English (written and spoken).
- Confident and comfortable facing, influencing, and getting buy-in from counterparts, end-users, and other stakeholders in day-to-day activities.
- Having experience with system integration would be an advantage.
- A willingness to stand by in urgent or critical situations (sometimes, things come unexpectedly, so we’re always prepared!)
- Prior exposure working in a top-tier consulting firm is a plus.
About the Team
The Finance Information System (FIS) team is part of the larger IT Team under the CIO Organization (The CIO Office). The CIO Office Team governs, manages, and helps GoTo Enterprise applications globally. The team is charged with leading the company's information technology strategy and implementation. All internal and enterprise systems are maintained and implemented by the CIO’s team. They oversee a variety of systems, including (but not limited to): finance, people services, productivity, operations, internal security login, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. The office of the CIO also leads all IT asset procurement, budgeting, and implementing equipment policies.
