About the Role
This role supports user growth strategy in respective Region by using data-driven insights, monitors local initiative execution, analyzes market trends, manages regional budgets, and ensures alignment with key stakeholders across Regions and HQ.
What You Will Do
- Support Users strategic plan for all areas in respective Region aligned with Regions Operations team goals.
- Guide Area Users Associate on problem solving to solve user growth challenges by using data and insights.
- Monitor all initiatives that are executed by the Area Users team at the area and city level.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
- Responsible for controlling the budget in Region level and monitor budget in area and city level.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Area Senior Manager, Region User Growth Team, and HQ Team) to monitor local initiatives execution with Region and HQ strategies.
What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of working experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing;
- Good understanding of local market knowledge especially managed area;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skill with the ability to play it well independently and in a team;
- Good collaboration with compassion and proactiveness;
- Agile and fast in thinking and execution;
- Having exposure to working at a top global FMCG/ Technology company would be a plus point.

Region User Growth team plays a critical role in driving sustainable and scalable user growth across all areas within the region, especially Jabodetabek. We work closely with Area teams, Regional Operations, and HQ counterparts to design, implement, and monitor localized growth strategies tailored to diverse market dynamics. Our team leverages data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges, improve user acquisition and retention, and ensure alignment with company-wide growth objectives. We foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning to deliver impactful results on the ground.
