About The Role
We seek a highly motivated and driven Senior Manager of Brand Ads Partnerships to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the Brand Ads Partnership team and develop and nurture strategic relationships with national and international brands across both FMCG and non-FMCG sectors.
Your primary focus will be curating attractive products and promotions for our customers while driving brand growth on our platform. You will be a key player in negotiating brand-funded promotions, leading marketing collaborations, and delivering actionable insights to optimize business economics.

What You Will do
- Lead and manage the Brand Ads Partnerships team to achieve business growth objectives
- Identify and curate compelling products and promotions that resonate with our customer base
- Lead negotiations with brand partners to secure attractive terms and maximize value
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and customer behavior
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with top national, international brands, and leading agencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Tech, and business units, to ensure alignment and success
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously innovate and improve our advertising offerings.
- Serve as a bridge between business needs and advertising technology solutions to ensure best-in-class service delivery
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8 years of partnership experience and background. Specialized work in advertising, agencies, FMCG, eCommerce, or the technology industry is preferred
- Good network with leading agencies, FMCG & non-FMCG brands team
- Proven track record of managing large brand accounts and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Solid experience with advertising technology and data-driven marketing solutions
- Passion for building and scaling new business initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking
