About the Role
Climb onboard to join one of the hottest and fastest growing industries in Indonesia as our Senior Associate - Subscriptions. In this role, you’ll take the wheel in designing the growth strategy & roadmap for subscription product in Gojek. With a specific focus on improving customer retention with focus on subscriptions, you’ll scout out new market opportunities, map out go-to-market strategies, and track key customer metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, ensuring scalability and profitability. What You Will Do
- Lead customer growth initiatives, strategies, and implementation, with primary focus on subscription program - creating customer pathways to join subscription and retain on subscription
- Collaborate with Product, Research, Consumer Platform, Marketing, Data and cross Business teams in the development and implementation of initiatives and strategies
- Understanding impact of business initiatives to key customer metrics and conduct impact sizing for potential new initiatives and/or revenue streams
- Prepare reports of key customer metrics analysis as a basis of rationale and recommendations to upper management, including CxOs of Gojek and GoTo Group
- Introduce beneficial business changes through well-written strategy document; validate the hypotheses through A/B test or other robust experimentation method
What You Will Need
- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Data analytics capability, have a good knowledge of SQL and experimentation process;
- Strong business acumen with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
- End to end the problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents
- Radical Candor leadership while also a strong team player; possessing team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in a cross-functional team and can also balance attention to detail with swift execution
- Experience in Growth, Product Management, and Data team is a plus
