As a Quality Assurance (QA) professional within the Shared Consumer Platform(SCP) team, responsible for supporting all GoTo Applications(Gojek, Tokopedia, and Gopay), you will collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Developers, Product Managers, and Designers. Your role will involve partnering with these teams to ensure the creation of high-quality user experiences and seamless functionalities for our users.
What will you do
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential areas of improvement and areas that might not be covered by existing test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and prioritize software defects and issues, and work closely with developers to facilitate their resolution.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and testable.
- Assist in load testing, scalability testing, and other non-functional testing as required.
What will you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
- Demonstrated experience in creating, executing, and managing test cases and test plans.
- Proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages such as Selenium, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and management systems like JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
The GoTo Passport profile team is responsible for the common profile for a person/user which connects all of their GoTo accounts/experiences together. We enable customers to sign up easily across different GoTo applications with the least friction and also empower them to update their personal information via a common profile management experience - cutting across all the apps. For example, gone are the days when users had to update their contact details separately in each of the GoTo Apps. In addition, we are a key enabler for SSO (Single sign-on) login across different GoTo apps, and making the sign-up process easy across apps - further reducing friction in how easily users can enjoy access to different services like shopping, mobility, food delivery, payments etc.
