About The Role
As a Senior Collection Strategy System Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and optimization of our debt collection systems, including the Debt Management System (CBOSS) and Auto-Dialer System (Ameyo Platform) that support approximately 700 desk collectors. Your role will focus on managing system parameters to improve performance, ensuring configuration accuracy, and aligning system capabilities with evolving business needs. You will monitor the impact of system adjustments, provide data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and support automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, has strong analytical thinking, and is passionate about improving operational efficiency through technology.

What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of experience in a strategy or product management role at a tech company
- Strong analytical skills
- Innovative mindset
- Able to work under high pressure and high performance target
- Strong ownership for KPIs
- Must be result-driven, able to manage compliance while maintaining positive result

The Collection Strategy Team sits within the Risk Department and plays a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our collection approach across the credit lifecycle. We are a data-driven, impact-oriented team responsible for designing strategies that balance portfolio performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Our work directly supports the company’s financial health and risk mitigation efforts, making us a key stakeholder in business decision-making.We collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, operations, legal, and external partners to continuously enhance our strategies through experimentation, analytics, and automation.
