About The Role
As a User Growth Lead,, you’ll focus on optimizing the homepage experience to drive conversion, add-to-cart (ATC), and engagement across user segments. You will analyze performance across homepage modules, collaborate with Product to develop new growth features, and partner with Marketing to align campaign messaging with layout strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to turn insights into testable initiatives that improve homepage effectiveness.
What You Will Do
- Analyze homepage performance and user behavior to identify conversion and ATC improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product to test and implement new promo surfaces, homepage widgets, and user flows.
- Work closely with Marketing to align campaign themes with homepage layout and real estate strategy.
- Manage the promo asset calendar and ensure top SKUs and campaigns are prominently featured.
- Monitor and report homepage CTR, ATC%, and bounce rate by segment, page, and promo.
- Lead A/B tests to evaluate the impact of layout changes, asset placements, and messaging.
- Translate insights into recommendations for improved content, layout, or feature enhancements.
What You Will Need
- Min. 4 years of experience in growth, product analytics, performance marketing, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Excel; proficiency in SQL or BI tools is a definite plus
- Experience optimizing user journeys or UI real estate to drive conversion.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation best practices.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across Product, Marketing, and Design teams.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with iterative testing and learning cycles.
