The Role will support Credit Risk Management for Merchant lending in GoTo (all types - GoModal, ModalToko, GMA). This is a Manager role and will have 2 subordinates (as per current Org structure).

As the first layer, need to support a whitelist process for lending offers (according to business and risk appetite), which will require alignment with external stakeholders and internal business team (GTM). Second layer, to check potential Borrower through a set of real-time checks (credit bureau, scoring) as a risk mitigation step, hence need to have related experience with credit bureau analysis and policy compilation.

As a Manager, need to organize proper task delegation within the team and maintain good collaboration with business and finance stakeholders. Be mindful of Company strategy and OKR achievement.

What You Will Do

    • Create & Supervise Whitelist strategy for main Merchant lending subtypes (GoModal, ModalToko)
    • Setting up and monitoring UW real-time strategies (Credit Bureau and Scoring checks)
    • Related Credit Risk Analysis to calibrate risk Policies as per company’s risk appetite 
    • Present Credit Risk Status to stakeholders on regular Lending Committee 

What You Will Need

    • At least 5 years of experience on the related field
    • Analytical mindset and data driven approach in decision making
    • Technical skills to run analytics - SQL (big query)
    • Experience in leading of team (at least 2-3 persons)
