As our Enterprise Key Account Manager, you’ll be in charge to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of major & strategic merchants, lead engagement, provide best-fitted Gojek solutions that will generate sales, and to lead game plans to enable delivery of joint business plan/target. Working closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, Products Team, and others key stakeholders, you’ll take the wheel in developing Enterprise business for Gojek.

What you will do:

    • Obtain an in-depth and robust understanding of Gojek’s and merchants’ business needs/issues and act as a consultant to provide solutions using Gojek product portfolios.
    • Establish and maintain a consistent, fruitful, and operational working relationship with managed merchants in a timely manner with the PIC in the merchant structure of the sales team’s PO and P1 merchants portfolio.
    • Develop end-to-end joint business plans, monitor merchant performance versus targets, and create sales forecasts based on Gojek’s plans and campaigns.
    • Observe and identify macro and micro market situations applicable to category and region.
    • Correlate short-term issues and identify external activities impacting merchant performance.
    • Create account plans to recommend support, close revenue gaps, or improve performance. Represent merchants internally in Gojek and coordinate with other teams to address merchant needs.
    • Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support merchant growth and resolve challenges.
    • Actively use dashboards and metrics to pull data, analyze independently, and provide preliminary insights to resolve inquiries.
    • Conduct effective presentations for all levels of stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and propose actionable solutions to support business objectives and increases merchant investment.
    • Take responsibility for all Gojek services delivered to merchants as the single point of contact for engagement, project delivery, and troubleshooting efforts.
    • Lead problem-solving initiatives to improve merchant profitability and investments.

What you will need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience managing enterprise accounts; experience in the F&B, retail, or grocery industries is a plus.
    • Passionate, tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Strong analytical skills to manage conflicts and develop effective resolutions.
    • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior management and top decision-makers.
    • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
    • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite.
    • Fluency in English is required.
