Since the launch of GoPay app in 2023 , we have seen exponential growth. Having said that , we have set even higher goals for ourselves. As part of the Transfers team in Money Management, you will be responsible for managing the money-in and money-out user experiences. You will be working with the digital marketing, brand team, CRM team, and Product teams to create strategy around the user journey, from acquisition to retention. You will be expected to utilize data to optimize the strategy & driver execution. Having prior experience in data query & data analysis will be considered highly relevant for this role.
What You Will Do
- Utilize existing tools, such as SQL, etc. to gather data relevant for analysis
- Develop and Implement a data-driven business strategy that aligns with the overall objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape & customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion
- Create, monitor and analyze business performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous growth
- Collaborate with the marketing, engineering and product teams to develop integrated strategies
- Be on top of execution of product and business initiatives
What This Role Needs
- A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree
- Should have at least have 1 year working experience, experience working in tech or financial service companies is a plus
- Strong business sense and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skill to manage complex projects; also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, delighted to work with other stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and data analytics ability
- Good knowledge of SQL is a must
