About the Role

As a Corporate Communications Manager at GoTo, you’ll handle the development and execution of communications strategies that build, protect, and elevate GoTo’s corporate reputation. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Communications and managing the Corporate Communications Associate, you’ll help uncover and craft stories that matter—ones that move the needle for our brand, people, and business. 
Our Corporate Communications team is more than just a content creator—we’re a strategic unit that acts as the glue between many internal teams. Think of us as the orchestrator of the song the company sings—ensuring all parts come together in harmony. That means your role goes beyond crafting final outputs like press releases or talking points. We’re looking for someone with a strong strategic mindset and structured thinking process, who understands that good communications often start well before the first draft is written.
In this role, you’ll collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams and external partners. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, writes clearly and persuasively, manages multiple internal and external stakeholders with confidence, and brings solid project management chops to the table.

What You Will Do

    • Develop and execute strategies that strengthen GoTo's narrative and strategic goals
    • Handle corporate announcements, events and issues management
    • Identify and assess opportunities to elevate GoTo's reputation such as speaking engagements, research projects and partnerships
    • Draft and produce communications materials such as press releases, talking points, presentations and standby statements
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance and good governance of the company.

What You Will Need

    • 5-7 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
    • Strong writing and public speaking skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
    • Proven project management skills; not afraid to lead projects and working cross-functionally 
    • Keen eyes on details without losing the ability to see the big picture
    • Experience with event management involving multiple external stakeholders
    • Business acumen and a general understanding of capital markets
    • Comfortable speaking and working with senior management
    • Thrives in agile, high-speed environments and works well under pressure
