About us
Gogolook is a leading TrustTech company established in 2012. In July 2023, TrustTech provider Gogolook (stock code: 6902), was listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB). In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition.

工作內容
- 客服支援:回覆客服信件、專頁私訊及留言,了解使用者問題並提供合適解答
- 使用者回饋蒐集:整理粉絲與用戶的問題與建議,回報給產品與社群團隊,協助持續優化服務
- 資料整理:彙整並更新客服紀錄、回覆範本、常見問答(FAQ)等,讓後續工作更有效率

- 對金融理財領域或品牌經營有興趣
- 具備良好文字表達能力與親切溝通態度
- 細心、有耐心,能處理重複且多樣性的用戶問題
- 自律且負責,能獨立完成交辦任務
- 具備 Excel/Google 試算表基礎操作能力
- 上班時間:週一至週五一週三天,每天三小時,可配合長期 ; 前期需配合一週進公司一天,熟悉後可以討論彈性遠端工作
