We are seeking a professional Public Relations Manager with solid collaboration experience and excellent communication skills in Thailand's financial and technology media landscape. Gogolook stands out in the Thailand market, communicating with various stakeholders, including government bodies, enterprises, and consumers. With a continuous evolution of our product lines, we anticipate your joining to bring forth more creativity and to lead us towards new milestones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overall Thailand communications strategy from corporate to each business unit, including anti-fraud consumer (e.g., Whoscall app), business solutions (e.g., Whoscall Number, Identity Suite, Brand Reputation Suite), and future business solutions. Efficiently devise, execute, and synchronize communication plans for the products.
- Draft announcements, press materials, and presentations while facilitating media interviews and external speaking engagements. Formulate corporate messages to position all brands as thought leaders in their respective domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including PR agencies and business partners, to coordinate PR communications and increase brand awareness in Thailand and other regions.
- Collaborate with HQ PR team, ensure synchronization and alignment with global strategy and message, as well as support any global PR campaign and message that enhances the Thai market.
- Cultivate relationships with key media and influencers, comprehending their needs and developing creative content that addresses prevailing market trends and themes.
- Contribute ideas and collaborate with direct managers and other teams to execute innovative PR campaigns. Secure relevant media channels and coverage aligning closely with our brand image and business goal.
- Ensure the development of impactful content and press materials with coherent and compelling messaging.
- Propose, develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) communications strategy, campaign and activity that aligns with the organization's goals.
- Provide support in managing potential risks and handling immediate crises with prompt and effective action.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PR and communications.
- Good knowledge of Thailand's financial and technology media relations. A strong network of media contacts and relationships will be a plus.
- Hands-on and proven experiences in driving global PR strategies and growth through both organic and paid media.
- Proven communication and comprehension skills with exceptional written and verbal abilities in Thai, as well as good proficiency in English.
- Applicants are encouraged to submit a portfolio showcasing his/her PR experience, such as press releases, event planning, copywriting samples, exposure outcomes, etc. This will help us to understand your background and expertise in public relations.
