Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 8+ members spanning various marketing domains, including SEO, paid advertising (Web & App), KOL engagement, affiliate marketing, CRM/CDP management, event design, and brand PR operations.
- Oversee and grow the marketing team by identifying revenue opportunities among established markets and by securing new drivers.
- Establish actionable marketing strategies and track key KPIs to measure success.
- Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing investments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team & product team to provide estimates and execute the required marketing resources for future revenue strategy and product developments.
- Stay updated with the latest FinTech trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the financial industry, marketing agency, and tech startups is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in leading multi-functional teams.
- Proficient in strategizing across various marketing channels, including content, paid advertising, KOL, affiliate marketing, and more.
- Strong strategic thinking ability related to product marketing.
