As Whoscall Country Marketing Lead for Taiwan, you will spearhead our marketing team and drive Whoscall's country marketing strategy. This pivotal role involves developing market-specific insights, orchestrating comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns, and leading social marketing initiatives to accelerate business & user growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase market share, strengthen top-of-mind brand awareness, and drive user acquisition and retention
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with local market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitive landscape
- Cultivate a vibrant Whoscall Taiwan community while enhancing brand engagement and loyalty
- Oversee the execution of impactful social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to generate actionable insights for strategy refinement
- Maintain competitive advantage by staying current with emerging market trends and innovations
- Collaborate with Global Marketing teams (Product, Brand, Growth, and Partnership) to align with global strategies while developing localized go-to-market campaigns
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Government Relations, Engineering, Customer Support, and PR to ensure sustainable growth, consistent messaging and brand positioning
- Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, influencers, and media outlets
- Lead partnerships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to generate innovative, high-impact ideas that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing management, with demonstrated success driving business results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, psychology or related discipline
- Proven track record developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in global or multi-market environments
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, media planning, brand development, and audience engagement strategies across traditional and digital channels
- Demonstrated success managing social media platforms as integrated components of holistic marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies and measuring ROI
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple high-stakes projects concurrently, and deliver results under pressure
- Experience in the technology sector or mobile application space is highly valued
- Professional business fluency in both English and Mandarin, encompassing both written and verbal communication, is essential for this role
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital marketing, paid media and content amplification
- Experience working in creative ads/ media / digital agencies
- Experience in marketing consumer tech brands or app-related industries
- Experience in creating IMC & New Product launches or large-scale marketing initiatives
- Experience in working with global teams across cultures to align strategies and collaborate effectively
