We are looking for a Marketing Associate who is passionate about identifying marketing trends, uncovering growth opportunities, and striving for excellence in execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to develop and drive promotional campaigns through content. You will also manage logistics and coordinate various suppliers to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Optimize content for SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), and other traffic-driving strategies to maximize visibility, reach, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and business development teams to create compelling content that drives website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute marketing promotion strategies for a variety of financial products, aiming to increase user acquisition and enhance product awareness on our platform.
- Analyze and interpret digital campaign data to evaluate performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Streamline execution processes to enhance internal efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Support the customer service team in identifying effective solutions for handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in financial products, including loans, credit cards, banking services, and payment solutions.
- Relevant internship or work experience in the financial services industry or related roles.
