We seek an enthusiastic, creative, and 3-8 year experienced backend engineer to focus on creating outstanding cloud services for JUJI.
JUJI offers a financial solution similar to mobile loans, utilizing mobile devices for small-scale fund circulation, with a maximum limit of NT$50,000. It caters to temporary fund turnover needs.
As a (Senior) backend engineer, you will spearhead technical decisions and executions, overseeing backend maintenance, backend website management, and innovative feature development. Within the team, you'll have the chance to demonstrate your technical expertise and exert meaningful influence, making this an exceptional platform for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the backend design, development, and maintenance of APIs, data ETL, and web management console.
- Collaborate closely with the PM, design, QA, and mobile development teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Write unit tests and utilize monitoring, alerting, and analytics systems to ensure service quality.
- Upgrade/migrate legacy systems from C# .NET core to Python or Golang.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in backend technologies and propose new solutions to enhance platform functionality and performance.
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to improve the user experience and business outcomes.
What you’ll need
- Rich experience in Python or Golang development, familiar with related tools and frameworks, or rich experience in C# .NET Core.
- Experience with AWS cloud computing services.
- Proficient in using version control tools (such as Git), capable of code merging and collaboration.
- Ability to translate complex business logic into maintainable and scalable backend services.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with team members from different professional backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong self-learning ability, capable of quickly adapting to new technologies and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a remote working environment and provide innovative solutions.
Significant plus
- Experience in frontend development, familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with at least one frontend framework (such as Vue, React, or Angular) and the ability to apply it effectively in projects.
