Responsibilities

    • 櫃檯總機及訪客接待
    • 庶務及總務型行政工作,如管理辦公用品庫存及備品採購
    • 辦公室環境維護、會議室管理、資產管理、設備管理及叫修
    • 郵件收發與快遞安排
    • 協助會議和活動準備
