In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition.

Job Requirements

    • 協助蒐集並掃描附於採購單(PO)的實體發票,確保發票資料完整歸檔。
    • 負責列印採購清單與電子發票,作為後續財務作業的文件依據。
    • 協助將完整文件送交財務部門,確保報帳與核銷流程順利。
    • 負責用印完成後的文件寄送與行政處理。
    • 協助處理系統服務相關的資料異動作業,例如公司信用卡換發、地址與 Email 更新、電信服務方案調整、客戶身分資訊驗證等,確保系統資料正確並與合作對象同步。
NT$190 - NT$190 an hour
【上班時間】週一至週五平日,一週至少可配合 8 小時,至少可配合 6 個月。
