Missions
- Plan and execute Whoscall’s social media calendar across primary platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and potentially others) to drive engagement and trigger conversions.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies with tailored tones of voice to effectively resonate with different target audiences.
- Support Taiwan launch campaigns by creating and managing social and digital marketing campaigns that align with the overall objectives.
- Manage and optimise paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, to develop engaging, on-brand content.
- Stay informed about emerging platform trends and consumer behavior to ensure innovative and effective marketing approaches.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Thread, Facebook, Instagram, and other major platforms.
- An enthusiastic storyteller who loves to create and define brands and stories to drive awareness.
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs, engagement metrics, and how to leverage them for strategy refinement.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Canva or other content-producing tools to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and business level in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing consumer tech brands or app-related industries.
- Knowledge of SEO practices and tools to optimize campaigns for organic search.
- Experience in supporting product launches or large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Experience in working with global teams across cultures to align strategies and collaborate effectively.
