Our TrustScore technology powers fraud detection for 60+ global clients and serves over 6 million users each month.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Overseas Market Intern to help expand our international presence. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute directly to the future of a globally recognized anti-fraud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research, including collecting and organizing customer intelligence, helping define target customer segments in overseas markets(e.g., Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.), and supporting the development of basic plans and strategies.
- Collect and organize contact information for key partners and potential clients.
- Create marketing materials for overseas markets, including simple videos, email templates, and one-page communication materials.
- Produce product training materials, videos, and brochures, and assist with organizing and managing related content.
Requirements:
- Major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related STEM field; experience in the software industry is a plus.
- Proficient in document and presentation creation, with the ability to use various online tools (e.g., Google Documents, Canva, Lemlist, AI tools).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation, with a strong interest in this field.
- Proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and a team player.
- Capable of self-directed learning and task execution, able to work independently under guidance.
- Passionate about exploring overseas markets and eager to deepen market insights during the internship period.
- Able to work 24 hours per week, for at least six months.
NT$190 - NT$220 an hour
