Anti-Scam Intelligence (ASI) is a fraud detection solution designed for enterprises to identify suspicious calls, messages, and URLs, providing real-time risk assessment to effectively reduce scam-related losses. The product is offered through APIs, mobile SDKs, and white-label apps, allowing for quick and seamless integration into existing platforms to enhance anti-scam protection and user security. ASI currently serves clients across both domestic and international markets, including financial institutions, telecom operators, and government agencies, helping them build comprehensive fraud prevention systems and strengthen overall cybersecurity resilience and user trust.
As a Senior Product Manager at Gogolook, you will be a critical member of our product team, dedicated to delivering advanced anti-fraud solutions tailored for enterprise clients. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will drive the development and ongoing enhancement of our products, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable business impacts.
This role covers the complete product lifecycle from identifying requirements and defining product specifications to overseeing development and post-launch operations. We are seeking candidates who are proactive, able to execute independently, and highly effective at cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning and operations of API-based services, ensuring high reliability and support for critical business workflows.
- Oversee the mobile application’s service quality and maintenance, focusing on system uptime, swift issue resolution, and long-term system robustness.
- Effectively prioritize product features aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Draft clear, detailed, and actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Act as the central point of contact among the engineering and business teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned execution.
- Monitor product performance metrics consistently to optimize user experience and maximize product value.
- Coordinate with external collaborators and outsourced teams, maintaining high standards of delivery and integration.
- Engage directly with clients to present product features, gather feedback, and discuss future development plans and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product or project management roles.
- Proven track record of independently managing and driving product initiatives to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with product development involving API-driven platforms/ SaaS or app-centric product development.
- Able to quickly adapt to fast-paced work environments.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct professional discussions and write clear documentation.
- Practical experience in launching new products (0-1) or managing long-term product operations.
- Proactively address urgent issues with strong problem-solving skills and effective decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with outsourced development teams or external vendors.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
