Roles & Responsibilities

    • Product Development: Responsible for gathering user needs, conducting market research, planning features, forming hypotheses, setting KPIs, writing PRDs, tracking development progress, analyzing data, optimizing the product, and supporting product promotion for the Whoscall App, with an initial focus on the Thai market. The scope will later expand to include global markets. This role works closely with design, marketing, engineering, and QA teams to deliver results.
    • Communication & Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Thailand team and the Taiwan product team to ensure clear communication, aligned information, and to avoid misunderstandings.
    • B2B Partnership Support: Assist the business development team in managing local partnerships in Thailand, such as Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) collaborations with telecom operators.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer-facing software, with hands-on ownership of complete products or features (experience with mobile apps is a plus).
    • Proven track record of launching successful new products or improving features, supported by measurable outcomes (e.g., increase in active users, retention rate, revenue, etc.). Applications lacking clear numerical evidence or supporting documentation may not be considered.
    • Language skills: Able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English in a work setting.
    • Basic technical understanding, including the fundamentals of frontend, backend, app, and API development.
    • Familiar with at least one project management tool, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
    • Personal traits: Detail-oriented and a strong communicator.
    • This position is based in Thailand. Please note that we are currently not able to provide relocation or work visa support.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in international or cross-country settings.
    • Language proficiency: Thai.
    • Passionate about trust tech.
