An App Monetization Manager is responsible for developing strategies to generate revenue from Whoscall apps. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through ads and in-app purchases (IAP) while ensuring an excellent user experience. Your work involves defining monetization models, implementing marketing strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Directly own and manage revenue targets, reporting to the Business Unit (BU) Head.
    • Develop and execute app monetization strategies to optimize ad revenue and in-app purchases.
    • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate monetization features into the app.
    • Analyze user data, behavior, and usage patterns to identify monetization opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
    • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve key performance indicators such as eCPM, ARPU, Conversation Rate, Churn Rate, and LTV.
    • Monitor and report on the financial performance of monetization strategies, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
    • Ensure all monetization practices comply with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience in ad and in-app purchase monetization.
    • At least 8 years of experience in product management.
    • Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and various monetization models.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Familiarity with ad networks, mediation platforms, and ad formats.
    • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Locations:

    • Candidates must be based in the Taiwan Office or Thailand Office and authorized to work in their respective countries.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven successful experience in owning and driving revenue growth through agile methodologies.
    • Candidates with such proven experience will be expected to demonstrate measurable contributions to revenue within the first 3–6 months of joining.
