As the Business Development Lead at Roo.Cash Finance, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing business strategies to solidify and expand our financial customer base.
Your job goes beyond maintaining client relations; it involves fostering company revenue growth through innovative financial partnerships.
This position demands an exceptional vision to manage and boost annual financial performance in sales and to co-create successful business outcomes with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for formulating and executing long-term business strategies, continuously optimizing them to adapt to market changes.
    • Analyze performance data, develop performance improvement plans, and ensure that actual achievement rates meet expectations.
    • Aggregate customer demands and market trends, proposing innovative financial cooperation scenarios.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between business strategies and marketing activities.
    • Develop and propose new business opportunities for new customers and product lines.
    • Lead and develop team members, establishing a high-performance business team.

Qualifications

    • Possess over 8 years of work experience in the business or advertising field, including managing and operating business departments.
    • Successfully led teams to achieve annual revenue targets exceeding 100 million NTD or achieving YoY growth of over 100% multiple times. Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and business insight capabilities.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong collaborative relationships across departments.
    • Strong decision-making abilities, capable of making effective decisions in a fast-changing environment.
    • Familiar with financial products and services markets, with an understanding of the latest trends in financial technology.
    • Experienced in acting in a fast changing business environment and able to deal with complexities at work.
