We have lent more than £350m in the past two years and have more than £700m AUM to invest in growing businesses. We have grown significantly with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Atlanta, Manila and Cape Town and we are now looking for an Outbound Campaigns Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town.

This position presents an amazing opportunity for a highly organised, results-driven individual who will own and execute, end to end, our outbound campaigns process with the aim of growing our network and driving top-of-the-funnel leads necessary to fuel our firm's growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business for the team through direct email campaigns which will be recorded and tracked through Salesforce. Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll ensure that all responses are assigned to the correct person and that any follow ups are diarised. You will analyse, optimise and report on the success of each campaign ensuring that all systems and processes run efficiently and implementing any improvements as needed. The objective is to support our leads strategy and ensure it is successfully executed.

You will be an efficient project manager and have a talent for working under pressure. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on cross-department collaboration, is systems-savvy and has the ability to enable positive interactions with new and current customers. Excellent attention to detail and effective communication is a genuine requirement, along with the persistence and drive to truly develop your niche. CRM and salesforce experience is a must as you’ll eventually grow into creating tailored targeted campaigns helping to scale our outreach efforts.

We guarantee accelerated professional growth in return for the right skills, attitude and dedication. We pride ourselves on being a continuous learning organisation, so we offer regular feedback, coaching sessions and continuous on-the-job training. We are even open to supporting ongoing professional qualifications for the right person who can really show us their potential. If this role is exciting and fits with your career plans, we look forward to reading your application.
We do things differently. Growth Lending is no ordinary place to work. From the start, we have focused on increasing diversity and inclusion in the financial services space. We strive constantly to ensure that throughout our team, at all levels, we achieve a diversity that matches the world around us and not just the sector in which we operate.

To support this aim, we offer every member of our team the following:

• An organisation that embraces and encourages diversity, top to bottom and end to end
• Diverse recruitment panels
• Enhanced parental leave policies and practices
• Flexible working patterns, including working from home and fitting around the family, plus part-time positions where possible from a business perspective
• Strictly monitored and enforced pay equality
• One-to-one coaching and mentoring programme from a highly skilled and experienced People team
• Access to high-quality internal and external training
• Excellent benefits and an Employee Assistance Programme as standard, with additional external support when required

When we say that everyone is welcome, we can prove that we mean it. We are a highly supportive employer and we know we only get the best of the best when the only things we judge are experience, skills and aptitude. Our organisational cultures celebrates difference and encourages individuality, so start thinking about where you fit in.
