We have lent more than £350m in the past two years and have more than £700m AUM to invest in growing businesses. We have grown significantly with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Atlanta, Manila and Cape Town and we are now looking for an Outbound Campaigns Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town.
This position presents an amazing opportunity for a highly organised, results-driven individual who will own and execute, end to end, our outbound campaigns process with the aim of growing our network and driving top-of-the-funnel leads necessary to fuel our firm's growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business for the team through direct email campaigns which will be recorded and tracked through Salesforce. Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll ensure that all responses are assigned to the correct person and that any follow ups are diarised. You will analyse, optimise and report on the success of each campaign ensuring that all systems and processes run efficiently and implementing any improvements as needed. The objective is to support our leads strategy and ensure it is successfully executed.
You will be an efficient project manager and have a talent for working under pressure. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on cross-department collaboration, is systems-savvy and has the ability to enable positive interactions with new and current customers. Excellent attention to detail and effective communication is a genuine requirement, along with the persistence and drive to truly develop your niche. CRM and salesforce experience is a must as you’ll eventually grow into creating tailored targeted campaigns helping to scale our outreach efforts.
