As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Gurobi Optimization, you will be vital in ensuring our licensing processes' smooth and efficient management. Your responsibilities will encompass generating license reports and creating software license keys to enable seamless access to our cutting-edge software. Additionally, you will be a crucial point of contact for technical support, assisting our valued customers in maximizing the benefits of our optimization tools. Collaboration with our Sales Team will also be essential as you work together to meet the needs of our clients and maintain strong relationships. We place a high value on upholding industry regulations and standards, and you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance throughout our operations. As a representative of Gurobi, you will actively drive our global image, embodying our core values internally and in all interactions with external stakeholders. What will you be doing?

    • Generate license reports and actively monitor transfers and violations to ensure compliance.  
    • Utilize CRM tools to generate software license keys efficiently.  
    • Work in a remote setting, accommodating varying global time zones.  
    • Address technical support inquiries through online ticketing systems and phone channels.  
    • Undergo training to gain proficiency in the technical aspects of licensing software.  
    • Collaborate with highly skilled teams on critical company projects. 

What experience and qualifications should you have?

    • 2-4 years of experience in system administration, preferably gained through technical support roles.  
    • Any relevant certifications obtained would be considered a plus, though not mandatory.  
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage. 

What skills and abilities should you have?

    • Willingness and ability to undergo training in our specific licensing processes.  
    • Strong analytical thinking skills to identify problems and devise practical solutions.  
    • Agile and self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.  
    • Comfortable working with international teams across different functions.  
    • Content with working from a home office in a remote work environment.  
    • Flexible and willing to travel as required based on the specified travel level.  
    • Capable of participating in meetings across various global time zones as needed.  
    • Motivated and ambitious in achieving assigned Objective Key Results (OKRs).  
    • Committed to upholding our company's policies and procedures.  
    • Prepared to renew the passport and obtain any necessary international travel documents as applicable. 

What other requirements should you have?

    • Experience working with ZenDesk or a similar CRM/ERP system.  
    • Proficiency in using macOS and Microsoft 365 platforms.  
    • Comfortable and willing to learn and utilize Salesforce.  
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms would be a bonus.
