As an associate product manager at Regard, you’ll collaborate closely with the head of product, engineering, design, and ops colleagues to bring our new analytics platform to life. We are looking for an experienced associate product manager who is passionate about building products people love and who wants to make a difference in healthcare. An associate product manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, recruiting, sales, marketing, and operations. An associate product manager’s job also includes working with the head of product to ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Given you will be the first hire for this new product, you should be excited to roll up the sleeves to get this project off the ground.

What we do:

Our mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone, everywhere. We are accomplishing this by developing a computerized system that can automatically diagnose medical conditions for physicians and nurses. Physicians are massively over-burdened by legal requirements and inefficient technology, and too often patients slip through the cracks. Regard is the world’s first comprehensive, automated diagnosis tool. Our system diagnoses and documents patient care for review, ensuring no one is overlooked.

About us:

We at Regard are excited by challenges, mission-oriented work, and meaningful relationships. Our team is backed by an incredible group of investors, which enables us to work closely with some of the top health systems in the country. We are leading the change that healthcare - one of the largest and most inefficient industries in the world - needs, and we want you to join us.

In a typical week:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead the development of a new product through the entire product development lifecycle, from product vision through go-to-market execution.
    • Work closely with marketing and user research to identify potential opportunities for product growth.
    • Own product roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features.
    • Collaborate with design and engineering leaders to produce high-level product requirements.
    • Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.

Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in software product management or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with cross-functional collaboration with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage end-to-end product releases.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and work closely with c-suite.
    • Agile work experience effectively documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly changing environment, meeting user feedback.
    • Comfortable both giving and receiving feedback in an innovative teamwork environment.
    • Work effectively as a leader and peer with other team leads in operations, sales, marketing, and engineering.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Outstanding project and time management skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous healthcare experience.
    • Previous start-up experience.
    • Product management-related training or certification.
At Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
