As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in our sales efforts by identifying and engaging prospective customers. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations and works closely with sales and marketing. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and support you need to master your craft, grow your skillset, and make a meaningful impact.

Your Impact

    • Manage both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to grow the sales pipeline.
    • Learn and implement our sales development playbook and begin prospect outreach within your first week.
    • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo to extract contacts and build accurate, targeted prospect lists.
    • Execute outbound campaigns using email, phone, and social channels, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot CRM, etc.
    • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to continuously refine sales strategies and approaches.
    • Partner with marketing to provide insights and optimize funnel conversation across all touchpoints.
    • Maintain accurate records of activity, contacts, and accounts in Hubspot and other sales tools.
    • Contribute to our team culture of learning and continuous improvement by welcoming feedback and sharing ideas.

About You

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area.
    • 1-2 years in outbound-focused sales (SDR/BDR).
    • Curious, resourceful, and energized by solving problems and learning quickly.
    • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with an ability to tailor your message to your audience.
    • Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative team player who enjoys cross-functional work with sales, marketing, and leadership.
    • Prior experience in sales or outreach-heavy roles preferred.

    • Based on previous experience and skillset, the on-target earnings for this position: $84,000
