The position.
We empower our product teams to solve difficult problems in ways that delight our customers, and produce commercial value. As a Product Manager, you can expect to work in partnership with design and engineering to design, develop, deliver, and iterate on features and products. While the team as a whole is accountable for great outcomes, as a Product manager, you will be focused on ensuring what is built is valuable to our customers and viable for our business. 

Additionally, you will partner with marketing, customer success, business development, finance, compliance, and other teams to understand their needs and how they impact the product. You will bring or develop a deep understanding of our users and customers that can be translated into products that solve their unique problems.

The daily.

    • Given a high level problem, conduct research with your partners to develop novel solutions.
    • Stay current on the competitive landscape in payments, other financial products, AR/AP and cash flow management, and UX.
    • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product or feature.
    • In partnership with design, run user interviews and user testing.
    • Create, manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories.
    • Advocate for the customer through human centered design methods.
    • Lead a cross-functional team in the delivery of new or improved products or features into market.

Your superpowers,

    • Clear entrepreneurial spirit, highly responsive, hands-on, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced  environment.
    • Go-getter with 3+ years of relevant experience either as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data scientist, or business analyst.
    • Able to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out a well-structured, data-driven argument.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies.
    • Excel at tactfully influencing below, above and across to gain buy-in with cross-functional teams and leadership.
    • Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and independent/sound judgment.
