About the Role
As a Principal Growth Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across Huckleberry’s mobile apps and website. You’ll work cross-functionally with Research, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to unlock key levers that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will deeply understand user segments and needs, and work with teams to launch both short term and long term growth initiatives that help Huckleberry scale its business and deliver on its vision and mission.
Areas of Responsibility
- Own the Growth Roadmap: Define and lead a roadmap of initiatives focused on improving activation, engagement, and monetization metrics across web and app platforms.
- Drive Experimentation: Rapidly ideate, build, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates, retention, and revenue. Partner closely with analytics to size opportunities and measure impact.
- Champion Customer Value: Balance growth goals with user-centric product development to ensure that improvements in KPIs reflect genuine value delivered to families.
- Scale Successful Bets: Identify high-potential opportunities across the customer journey to use rapid experimentation to scale the most impactful initiatives to maximize business outcomes.
- Tell the Growth Story: Regularly report on growth KPIs, test outcomes, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and company leadership.
- Systematize Growth: Help build a scalable growth engine by establishing best practices, instrumentation frameworks, and a culture of continuous experimentation.
- Think Beyond the Product: Pursue creative growth opportunities outside of the core product experience such as partnerships, campaigns, or entirely new go-to-market initiatives to establish new growth opportunities from the ground up.
