About the role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will help guide parents along their journey with us, so we can help them in their parenthood journey. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and management of end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages, along with proposing new strategies.

This is a 40-hour-per-week, 12-month, fully remote, 1099 contract position. The rate is between $45 and $55 per hour.

Areas of Resposibility

    • Work on established campaign strategies and initiatives, develop campaign briefs in line with the strategic objective and audience, and then execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, retention, and increase the overall lifetime value of our users, including:
    • Partnering with Creative Production to develop copy/designs
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination. Manage the review and approval process with all relevant stakeholders and provide updates when campaigns are launched.
    • Brief in CRM Agency as needed to maintain timelines, and ensure high velocity of throughput of agency work
    • Building and configuring email templates using light skills in design/HTML
    • Building multi-step communication journeys and marketing experiments
    • Building audience segments leveraging user data attributes and user events
    • Tracking campaign progress and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the campaign workflow
    • Measure performance of campaigns to:
    • Propose new opportunities/strategies that will improve the experience for users
    • Quickly identify issues/bugs to resolve
    • Continuously optimize the campaign development process to simplify/streamline and reduce opportunities for errors

Requirements

    • 4+ years experience in Channel Marketing
    • Experience with Marketing Automation / CRM platforms
    • Experience with a design/templating platform
    • Strong organizational/project management skills and communication skills
    • Experience collaborating with and briefing external support agencies
    • Experience working with creative teams to create campaign assets and optimize existing assets, across numerous marketing channels
    • Strong analytical, A/B testing, and reporting skills

Nice to Have

    • Experience with Braze platform
    • Experience with Figma or similar platform
    • HTML

Compensation

    • Hourly Rate $45 - $55 per hour, dependent on experience
