WHY WE NEED YOU
 
This role assists in two core areas of Hydrow’s demand business; helping support email execution and the setup and maintenance of affiliate and influencer programs. 

This position is open to Northeastern University students only.

Your efforts will help accelerate growth in these critical channels. On the email side this means setting up and scheduling programs and organizing campaign analysis and recommendations.  On the affiliates and influencer end this means helping source new partners, executing campaigns, and tracking performance. The right person will be a quick learner, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. In return, you will quickly find yourself a key member of two channel teams driving significant revenue growth for the DTC business.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

      CRM: Email Operations
      In partnership with your manager, develop creative briefs and ensure email creative messaging and design align to business goals
      Build and launch A/B testing programs in our sending tool, and monitor performance to inform test roadmap
      Build and QA dedicated email sends, triggered campaigns, and lead capture signup units within our CRM system and schedule for deployments.
      Pull and organize campaign analysis with an opportunity to develop insights and recommendations for the business
      Affiliates & Influencers
      Assist in sourcing new affiliates and influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Blogs, Email Newsletters, Loyalty Programs, etc) with the guidance of the Director of Affiliates
      Vet potential new partners by recording all relevant stats, audience demos, and scopes of work
      Assist in making and improving partner creative briefs
      Assist on drafting and completing legal contracts for paid influencers and media placements
      Communicate campaign details to affiliates and influencers, ensuring that all logistics are shared in a timely manner
      Help with campaign execution including link creation, requesting coupon codes, drafting contracts, requesting post campaign analytics, and more
      Work with creative team to source specific assets needed for affiliates 

WHO YOU ARE

      Organization and planning: Strong project management skills including managing deadlines, getting alignment, and delivering analysis and recommendations
      Quick Learner: You are eager to learn and quickly absorb a wide breadth of knowledge related to affiliate and influencer marketing
      Communication: You have strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
      Collaboration: You have a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment
      Comfortable working with data: You are interested in learning about data that pertains to influencers and affiliates and comfortable working with numbers
      Location: Preferred to be based in the Boston, MA area

$24 - $25 an hour
