Every business needs software, and most companies are required to assess the security risk of a software vendor before bringing them on board. Vendors spend countless hours answering security questionnaires instead of selling, and purchasers waste time sending, reviewing, and managing security due diligence instead of focusing on their core business. As a BDR you will drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, video, & phone calls) to identify potential customers that would benefit from HyperComply. You will often be the first point of contact with potential customers with the objective to set qualified meetings for a team of Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for people either new to tech sales or someone that is currently in a BDR role that is looking to have tremendous career growth.

What you'll do:

    • Research accounts, identify key personas and generate interest through cold calls, and email campaigns
    • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & videos
    • Discover new leads through internet research using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator
    • Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how HyperComply can solve them
    • Achieve, and exceede, weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, new contacts, etc.)
    • Accurately track customer interactions and information in our Salesforce CRM
    • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Suite executives in prospect accounts
    • Adapt to new experiments and our ever-evolving strategy

Nice to have:

    • Experience in a sales development role; sales experience in the SaaS space is a plus.
    • An understanding of the SaaS security & compliance ecosystem
