About The Role:
As a Business Development Representative at HyperComply, you’ll own the sourcing of new business for the Sales Team. You will be responsible for building prospect lists, conducting cold outreach,  and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the HyperComply products. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies and campaigns as well as create prospecting lists for target accounts and key decision makers to reach out to. Through all of this, you will be responsible for scheduling qualified meetings for the Sales Team and helping HyperComply grow!
       Own the outbound lead generation process to support the sales teams
       Understand HyperComply’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers within target industries and segments.
       Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information to assess their potential as prospects.
       Prospect into target organizations using a variety of outbound sales tools, such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.
       Establish rapport and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
       Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to potential clients.
       Achieve your monthly goal of qualified opportunities for the sales team
       Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
       Continuously update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and up-to-date information.
The Ideal Candidate
       Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
       6-12 months of experience in a similar business development or sales role in B2B SaaS.
       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse audiences.
       Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
       Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales goals.
       Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
       Familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools. I.E. Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, etc
       Knowledge of the technology industry and emerging trends is a plus.
