Hyperlane is pioneering the future of interoperability with its permissionless protocol, creating seamless communication across various blockchain ecosystems. As we expand, we're looking for a Partner Engineer to join our team, playing a crucial role in supporting and expanding our growing network of partners. This role is instrumental in ensuring our partners successfully integrate and leverage Hyperlane to its fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the technical integration process for new and existing partners. Provide hands-on support throughout the integration lifecycle, from initial architecture design to implementation and debugging.
    • Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues partners may encounter, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
    • Maintain active communication channels with partners through platforms like Telegram and Discord, offering timely and effective support.
    • Actively contribute to the expansion of the Hyperlane ecosystem by enabling a diverse range of developers and protocols to adopt and effectively use Hyperlane.
    • Keep abreast of the latest developments in blockchain interoperability and continuously improve personal and team knowledge about Hyperlane's technology and best practices.
    • Collect partner feedback and work closely with the product and engineering teams to refine and enhance Hyperlane's offerings.

Key Qualifications:

    • Must be skilled in Typescript and Rust with at least 2 years of experience, and have a good grasp of blockchain and smart contract development.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and partner projects at once without losing quality.
    • Strong communication abilities are required for effective teamwork and partner relations.
    • Passionate about blockchain technology and motivated to take on increasing responsibilities within the company.
    • Eager to learn new technologies, and ready to improve tools and processes as needed.
Salary range for this role is $150K to $250K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
