THE WORK:
- You'll lead a team of 5+ consultants and senior consultants, fostering trust, growth, and accountability.
- You'll coordinate and manage project execution across construction and life sciences initiatives.
- You'll engage stakeholders regularly to align on goals, timelines, and expectations.
- You'll champion change management strategies that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- You'll ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance across all workstreams.
- You'll run weekly team meetings and provide clear communication of progress and deliverables.
- You'll identify project risks early and create actionable mitigation plans.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 5+ years of experience in project management or project controls within construction/life sciences
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of cost and schedule management for capital projects
- Understanding of commercial construction lifecycle from contract negotiation to closeout
- Proven ability to work in-person onsite, 5 days per week
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

$100,000 - $140,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
