THE WORK:

    • You'll prepare comprehensive scopes of work and detailed RFP packages.
    • You'll have strong knowledge of manufacturing lines, including electrical and mechanical systems.
    • You'll manage and track project correspondence, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
    • You'll administer the construction contract from inception through project closeout.
    • you'll prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
    • you'll oversee payment applications and ensure accurate documentation.
    • You'll obtain permits and coordinate project closeout with local building and engineering officials.
    • You'll manage construction schedules, anticipate long-lead items, and identify critical paths.
    • You'll lead subcontractor engagement to maintain commitment and project momentum.
    • You'll monitor site health, safety compliance, and enforce OSHA standards.
    • You'll conduct Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and issue meeting minutes.
    • You'll review job site progress for quality, specification conformance, and timely delivery.
    • You'll report to senior leadership on project cost, schedule, risk, and quality performance.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
    •  Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management 
    • Experience working in hyper-scale data centers
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook

    • Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
    • Outstanding negotiating skills 
    • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing 
    • Organized and detail oriented 
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
