THE WORK:

    • You'll implement strategies to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall efficiency.
    • You'll review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production issues.
    • You'll develop and manage production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address problems.
    • You'll hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, including handling grievances and terminations.
    • You'll set and monitor product standards to ensure consistent quality in finished goods.
    • You'll prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records for operational transparency.
    • You'll work actively in the field during night shifts to observe operations and report daily activities to the day team.
    • You'll maintain flexibility to work various shifts between 5:00 PM and 6:00 AM, including weekends as needed.
    • You'll analyze production, quality, and maintenance data to detect and resolve issues proactively.
    • You'll ensure clear, results-oriented communication between night and day shift teams to support continuous improvement.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
    • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
    • Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
    • OSHA 10 certification

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

    • Project Management Experience
    • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
    • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing 
    • Organized and detail oriented 
    • Data Center experience
    • OSHA 30 preferred
$80,000 - $140,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
