The Technical Sales Manager will drive Journee’s B2B technology solution strategy and play a key role in our global market expansion. You will be working closely with the business development team and be supported by the rest of the organization. Teamwork makes the dream work!

What you'll do:

    • Establishing the overall strategy and approach for Journee’s technology sales initiatives
    • Consultative sales support, of Journee as well as infrastructure sales
    • Translating complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
    • Partake in sales meeting
    • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise
    • Keeping customers informed about new technological products
    • Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products, and solutions sales support
    • Jointly ensuring that sales targets are consistently met
    • Technology post-sales integration management
    • Reporting to management about sales made
    • Attend industry events and relevant conferences 

What we value:

    • 4+ years professional B2B technical sales experience 
    • Ability and interest in listening effectively and uncovering customer needs, objectives, and challenges, grounded in a consultative and solution driven sales mentality 
    • Quick thinker with a close attention to detail
    • Experience with building structured technical sales processes & systems
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and confident in front of C-Level decision makers
    • Highly self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Affinity for technology and genuine interest in the Web3 and metaverse space is a big plus
    • Exceptional communication skills in English, German is a strong advantage
