Journey Clinical is hiring a savvy, passionate, experienced community builder to oversee our growing community of members around the country.  Journey Clinical members are talented, forward-thinking licensed mental health professionals passionate about psychedelic medicine and are delivering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Journey Clinical platform. This is a part-time role (15-20 hrs/week) with opportunity to grow into full-time role over 3-6 months.

- Play a central role in driving platform usage, connection and engagement among our member psychotherapists 
- Own and manage all member-facing channels, including e-mail listservs, community portals (Facebook group, Circle, etc) 
- Own member content and events calendar, including company-led initiatives, peer-led initiatives, workshops etc.
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing to create new member assets, develop member-facing content and communications materials-Drive new initiatives to maximize member engagement and minimize churn
- Regularly gather and report KPIs and member feedback to broader team 
- In addition to member engagement, collaborate with Head of Marketing to design and drive patient member engagement

- 2+ years of experience in a customer support, community management or related role
- Demonstrated success in cultivating, growing, and supporting a virtual and/or in-person community
- Passionate about the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health
- Member-first mindset, deep work ethic and dedication to the highest level of customer service
-High level of professionalism and accountability 
-High level of empathy and EQ, with ability to clearly, patiently and compassionately help members of the community solve problems
-Friendly, can-do attitude & enthusiastic to solve problems, learn and grow
-Highly collaborative and creative, and works well in a multi-functional virtual team
-Daily use of G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, Hubspot, HelpScout, Calendly, Facebook, and our community management platform. 
-Tech savvy and eager to learn and implement new tech solutions to maximize efficiency and success (Zapier, Helpscout, etc.)
-Strong written and oral communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts
-Flexible schedule including occasional weekends, holidays as well as the ability to travel and attend various community events 
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment
-Strong organizational and management abilities with ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
