Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists in the network take on the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, treatment plan and outcome monitoring. Our platform gives psychotherapists passionate about PAP the infrastructure and support required to become empowered KAP providers, while enabling higher standards of patient care and enhanced clinical outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads, to closing deals — driving growth to our member community.
- Co-build and help shape our sales motion, strategies, and systems as a key early team member.
- Become an expert in Journey Clinical’s platform and develop a strong understanding of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to confidently educate and consult with prospective members.
- Act with a hunter mindset — creatively and persistently engage therapists through personalized emails, calls, texts, and referrals to expand our reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share real-time insights that shape our product, improve internal processes, and accelerate member growth.
- Grow quickly — this role offers a fast track to advancement within the first 6 months for top performers.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 3+ years of experience in consultative or consumer sales — ideally in a startup or selling to SMB mental health providers.
- You’re a natural relationship builder, listener, and story teller across all communication channels.
- You have a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- You’re a self-starter who isn’t afraid to think on your feet, iterate quickly, and try new approaches.
- You take a data-driven, scientific approach to growth, using A/B testing and a variety of tactics to improve conversion.
- You’re passionate about transforming mental health care and aligned with our mission to expand access to psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

$70,000 - $80,000 a year
The target base salary range is $70,000-$80,000 + commission (approx. 50/50 split). The target salary range is a subset of a competitive total reward package including equity, benefits and incentive pay as applicable. Individual pay may also vary, as it takes into account a number of parameters including experience, location, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. We have an annual review process for employee pay and compensation programs to support competitive and fair pay.
Journey Clinical employees work remotely across the US with the option to work from our NYC headquarters.
