Responsibilities

- Explore and identify key partners for the business and establish professional relationship with key personnel in partner accounts
- Collaborate and work together with the Senior Management to develop business strategies for promoting the Company’s products
- Provide mentorship, support and direction to sales team to ensure the alignment of the company's strategies
- Ensure every lead and opportunity is proactively maintained, tracked, and status communicated. Objectives include increasing win rate and sales velocity
- Review top accounts and develop strategies to meet business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients, in coordination with consultants, to unlock up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

- Proven background on winning sales pursuits and activating strategic alliances
- A minimum experience of 5 years in a Business Development/Sales position. Regional exposure is highly desirable
- A good understanding in the commercial environment in Tokyo is a MUST
- Self-motivation, high energy, detailed-oriented mindset with a passion for strategic sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), as well as listening and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient with sales reports and CRM systemsExcellent command in Japanese (written and verbal).
