Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for inbound lead follow-up and communicating with merchants
Verify and qualify all inbound leads by reaching out to merchants via instant messaging or phone call
End-to-end data flow input to record merchants' needs for follow-up actions
Outbound communication with merchants to generate leads for one-platform services
Strategize and execute in reactivating cold leads via various communication channels

Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
At least 2 years of Account Management / Customer Service related experience
Efficient, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Proactive and a self-starter with a good communication skill
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Chinese
