Responsibilities:

Develop KPay’s payment (online and offline) product strategy and the product roadmap based on effective market and user research.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, user points, available technology, and market trends. Turn opportunities into initiatives, prioritize them, and drive product changes.
Manage product development process (product discovery, business requirement consolidation, prioritization, UAT, and releases) to enrich the product capability and achieve product-market fit.
Work with different business units to define the go-to-market plan, manage project progress and deliverables
Engage closely with cross-functional stakeholders and influence people to align on requirements and the best workflow.
Work with China's product and technology team to communicate business requirements, timelines, and design.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product strategy development including user research and analysis.
Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact; ideally in a fintech, payments, e-commerce, or startup environment
Passion for building delightful product experiences, full of empathy for users and a drive to resolve their pain points
Having a technical understanding of the above payment products is a bonus.
A degree in engineering, information technology, business strategy or related fields
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from executives and partners

Well-organized and able to write good product documents
Strong research and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
