What is KConnect

KConnect is a platform that allows SME merchants to access, review and manage comprehensive data from different SaaS applications and non-SaaS services and tools, including payment, omni-channel marketing, accounting, customer relationship management, inventory management, ordering system and other business tools. 

With KConnect, merchants could quickly access multiple SaaS applications in one platform, perform fast responses with valuable insights.

Job Duties

Sales planning:
Working with senior management on sales planning to define SaaS selling goals and objectives for the KConnect product.
Establish and execute a comprehensive selling plan to achieve the revenue target of KConnect.

Leadership:
Provide market insights and work closely with the partnership team.
Be the domain expert to lead and train the team.
Manage the sales performance, sales pipelines, and conversion rate.

Merchants Acquisition and Retention:
Developing strategies to increase merchant retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent service.

Cross-team Collaboration:
Work with various teams including sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer success and partners to make sure SaaS selling plans and initiatives are conveyed appropriately.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing.
5+ years of professional experience with SaaS insights in sales planning, preferably in CRM, SCRM, Merchant promotion or POS payment.
Good command of both Chinese and English.
