You will be responsible for leading a small team, overseeing month-end closing activities with consolidation experience, liaising with auditors, and managing accounting, payment, and administrative functions.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.

Month-End Closing and Consolidation:Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Accounting, Payment, and Administrative Functions: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Due Diligence :Participate in due diligence processes, providing financial analysis, documentation, and support.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with due diligence and IPO preparations is advantage.

Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications.
