Responsibilities: 
Manager and optimises sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales operations policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure smooth and streamlined sales operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer support, to gather data and insights for sales analysis and reporting.
Help in the creation and maintenance of sales performance dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to sales teams.
Support the sales team in the utilization and optimization of sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, sales automation software, and data analytics platforms.
Aid in the development and implementation of sales training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment/SaaS sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements.

Requirements:
Degree holder
Working experience in data analysis, project management, sales operations
Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a MUST
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Detail-minded and organisational, with good time management skills
